Description of a great accommodation: 
Comfortable, clean, non smoking establishment, very near all amenities for town centre, rail and bus stations. The 3 Twin Rooms all have flat screen T.V.s with DVD player, large choice of DVD's, tea/coffee making facilities, hair- driers, radio/alarm clocks, complimentary safes, free connection to the internet if you bring your laptop,Own keys, and private parking.
Local Attractions close to a great accommodation:
town centre,bus station,railway station are all withing a short walk.Dundee,St Andrews,Perth,Edinburgh all less than an hours drive. Sea World in about 20 mins. Dozens of golf courses nearby,Castles etc.
