Located on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, Derwent Cottage was converted from an 18th Centaury granary, and has stunning views stretching for miles, looking across to the Howardian Hills and North Yorkshire Moors National Park. From this picturesque self-catering holiday cottage, our guests are easily able to explore the surrounding countryside. The market towns of Malton, Pickering and Helmsley are all close at hand, while stately homes including Castle Howard, Duncombe Park and Nunnington Hall are on the doorstep. Many happy visits have also been made to the wealth of old castles and abbeys that form part of Yorkshires rich local history.
