Description of Housemate Required for Houseshare with 3 people: One clean, spacious room with a double bed, large window facing the garden and fully furnished with a bed, desk, chest of drawers, end table and wardrobe. Available starting the 7th of December. Tenancy agreement up in April. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Norbury, South London only a few minutes walk from the train station with connections to Victoria every 10-15 minutes (20 minute journey) and London Bridge every 15-20 minutes (30 minute journey). Two stops from Balham traint/tube station which is on the Northern Line. Currently three other housemates all recently graduated from university and now working in the arts and media industries. The rent is £328.80 a month, paid on the 13th of every month not including bills. Deposit of £458.66 will also be required.
