Description of Motherwell Self Catering: 
This modern house provides luxurious accommodation in Motherwell, about 1 mile from the town centre and less than 15 miles from central Glasgow.
Motherwell Self Catering can accommodate up to 7 people in the property, in comfort and style.
This house is ideal for a business trip or a holiday in Lanarkshire. We are famoly friendly.
Long or short stays are very welcome and the owners of the property also live in Motherwell. The accommodation is large and spacious, and definitely 'family friendly' with a number of home entertainments.
Accommodation
The self-catering holiday house has 4 Bedrooms, each with its own TV.
The 'Master' bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin.
There are also 2 twin bedded rooms and a single room - each with a fitted wardrobe.
This property is particularly well equipped -and features include free 'phone calls back home whilst you stay here in Motherwell!
Telephone calls to both local and national numbers are free of charge for guests, with international calls to 20 different countries (including America & Australia) also available free of charge.
Other equipment and home entertainment includes:
42 inch 'HD' TV with satellite television channels
Playstation game console and games
DVD players and a Hi-Fi/CD Player
The lounge has modern decor, with comfortable seating including a leather sofa and a gas 'Coal effect' fire.
The main bathroom is upstairs - with both a bath and a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen / dining room is fully fitted with everything required for a self catering holiday - including a dual oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
The washing machine is in a separate utility room and a tumble dryer for clothes is located in the garage.
The garden is south-facing, with lawn, decking area and washing line.
The Motherwell area has a large number of shops, grocery stores, restaurants and take-away establishments.
