Mourne Country Lodge is the ultimate in 5 Star self-catering accommodation, designed as a luxurious family home away from home you will find everything you will need in this spacious 5 bedroom Lodge. Our lodge comfortably sleeps 10 and is set in its own private grounds with beautiful gardens front and rear.

The accommodation comprises 5 luxurious Bedrooms (2 x en-suite), huge Kitchen and Dining area, Lounge, Sun-room, Games room and Utility room.
Our Lodge is equipped with everything you will need for your stay starting with a ‘welcome pack’ consisting of the food essentials you will need to start you off.

Relax indoors or outdoors in the rear garden overlooking traditional Irish dry stone dykes or set off for the day on any of the large number of walking trails close by. Village shops are within two minutes walk and Newry City centre is only 5 minutes drive away.
The interior design throughout the Lodge has been carefully co-ordinated to please the most discerning guest and quality in luxurious surroundings is apparent in every room.

The children's bedrooms extend an extra warm welcome to our young guests as they unwind in rooms created to bring a smile. The beds are equally suitable for adults. One of the children's bedrooms contains one single bed, one full size cot suitable for babies up to 2yrs old and one rocking cradle suitable for babies aged up to five months. The other kids room has three single beds.

The Family lounge, Sun room, Games room and three of the adult bedrooms are all equipped with Digital Freeview LCD TV’s offering some 80 + channels.
The Games room on the first floor will provide hours of entertainment while you play on the full size Pool table, or you may wish to play with the various games provided or maybe just relax and watch television.
This is luxury living while you are on holiday. The Lodge contains everything you would expect in a 5 Star property and then some. From the spacious family lounge and the Sunroom where you can relax in the evenings over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee to the large Kitchen / Dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you would ever need while away from home.
The large Utility room off the kitchen area has a Washing Machine, Tumble dryer, Iron and Ironing Board and digital safe. A further toilet off the Utility room includes baby-changing facilities. The Lodge set in its own grounds with gardens to the front and rear has ample car parking spaces.

A Welcome pack containing the basic essentials and a few luxuries for refreshment on arrival awaits.
Mourne Country Lodge is suitable for disabled guests as well as children. There is wheel chair access via the rear door, hallways are wide to manoeuvre some of the biggest wheelchair around, low level light switches throughout.

Positioned on the edge of Mayobridge village you have easy access to the village shops who stock all the provisions you may need for your stay. The nearest mini-market, which offers fresh fruit, vegetables and dairy products, a butcher’s counter, hot-food counter and all the usual tinned and packaged provisions, is only a two minute walk away. The village also has a pub, Post Office, Chemist, Hairdressers and Hot food takeaway for your convenience.
