Description of Seagulls Self Catering Ullapool: 
Seagulls is a newly established non smoking self catering house in a quiet Ullapool street but only four minutes walk from the harbour, pubs, restaurants and shops. A two-minute walk takes you to the Leisure Centre with a 25m pool, fitness room, sauna, sports hall and climbing wall.
Seagulls has just been awarded 4 stars by Visit Scotland. We have completely redecorated and furnished the house to a high standard because we wanted to create a house that will please you and make want to return.
Seagulls sleeps six + a baby in three bedrooms. One king-size bed, one double bed and two singles in the twin room. There is a luxurious bathroom with and additional toilet and washbasin down stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you could think of including, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Leading off the kitchen is a utility room with a new washing machine and tumble drier, sink, ironing board and iron.
The lounge area has as flat screen TV with Sky and a DVD player. There are new reclining sofas facing the fireplace and TV. The dining area has a solid oak table and seating for six. In the corner away from the TV we have placed a reclining chair and reading light for those wanting to read away from the TV.
We provide all bedding, towels and electricity. The oil-fired central heating is also included. (A winter oil supplement applies)
There are two pleasant gardens, seating and a bbq.
There is off street parking for two cars and additional parking on the street. You are free to use the outside hose if you wish. We have a padlocked shed you can use to store bikes etc.
We are confident you will enjoy the peace, comfort and tranquility of the house whilst been close to all that Ullapool has to offer.

Ullapool is 56 miles from Inverness, which has flight, rail and bus connections. If you like, walking, fishing, boat trips, beaches, scenic drives or just the grandeur of Northwest Scotland Ullapool is the place for you. The AA lists the drive from Gairloch to Ullapool as “Scenery as good as it gets.”

Ullapool is also a place of rich and varied culture. It is visited by a great variety of musicians from The Scottish Chamber Orchestra to Franz Ferdinand. In September 2008 The Red Hot Chilly Peppers will play at the Loopallu Festival. There is also The Ullapool Guitar Festival and Ullapool Book Festival. Many of the pubs have bands playing. The award winning Ullapool Museum is very highly regarded.
Ullapool is also the ferry port for the Isle of Lewis, which you can take for an unforgettable day trip. There are shorter boat trips also available from the harbour.
Keen gardeners will not want to miss the gardens at Leckmelm and the world famous tropical Gardens of Inverewe.
Golfers will enjoy the Ullapool Golf Course only 2 minutes away by car.
